Soft Washing
We apply a low-pressure cleaning solution to the roof and siding that targets organic growth all the way down to the root. This is the most effective way to clean sensitive surfaces while helping prevent long-term damage that can lead to premature deterioration and costly shingle replacement.
Equipment/Chemicals
We use a 12 volt soft wash system, which delivers high flow at low pressure to safely apply our soft wash solution to roofs and siding. Landscaping is actively protected throughout the process by rinsing plants as needed. We also use a drone to capture live overhead footage, allowing us to verify full coverage and ensure every section of the roof is properly treated. Our solution consists of sodium hypochlorite and surfactants diluted to an appropriate strength for roof and siding applications.

Will this damage my plants or landscaping?
No. We have a dedicated crew member on each job watering down plants, and our application gun is designed to minimize overspray, keeping your landscaping safe during the process.
How long will results last?
In most cases, results can last 3–5+ years, depending on conditions like sunlight, roof material, and local climate
How many stories can we clean?
We can safely soft wash roofs and siding up to three stories. While most of the work is done from the ground, we do access roofs when necessary, following proper safety precautions.
